INGREDIENTS:

  • 1800 g (2 jars) of cooked chickpeas
  • 400 g of cod. Half a bag of cod loins.
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Sweet paprika

Cook the chickpeas in a pot of salted water with the onion (you can use half an onion) and the bay leaves.

Chop the tomato, onion and garlic. Remove the seeds from the tomato.

In the frying pan, prepare another half onion with oil so that it browns together with the garlic, pepper and tomato.

Mix the browned ingredients with the paprika and add it to the pot where the chickpeas are.

After this, cook the cod loins in the same pot.
