Hake with Orange Potatoes

2 Apollo skinless hake loins
1 orange, 1 spring onion and 3 potatoes
1 branch of fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons of white wine
4 tablespoons oil
Parsley and salt

Escuchar playlist en Spotify- Peel the potatoes and cook them in the microwave * (seasoned with water and oil) together with the chives cut in a covered source for 10 minutes (depending on the microwave and the potatoes this time can vary). We reserve
-We defrost the hake and cut it into 4 portions and add them to the potato dish. Add the orange juice, wine, 2 tablespoons of oil, rosemary and salt.
- We put in the oven when it is at 200ºC and we wait about 20 minutes for the hake to cook and the potatoes are finished.
* Potatoes are made in the microwave in 1st place because they are made faster and there are more energy savings and in 2nd place because they are less fattening since less oil is used than in the oven.
