Salmon is a nutrient-packed fish, an excellent source of high quality protein, vitamins and minerals, as well as containing omega-3. INGREDIENTS:

For the content

400g salmon

1 spring onion

1 egg

Dill

4 tablespoons flour

Salt

Pepper

For the topping

Lettuce leaves

Fresh cheese

Ananas

Avocado

2 tomatoes

HANDS ON:

  1. Prepare the salmon: check that there are no bones and cut it into pieces.
  2. Grind the salmon in a blender, pour it into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Chop the fresh spring onion and add to the bowl. Stir and add the beaten egg, dill, salt and pepper. Mix until a dough is formed.
  4. Shape the dough into a hamburger shape and dredge it in flour. Remove the excess.
  5. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and transfer to the frying pan.
  6. We pass the bread through the toaster and add a little mayonnaise, place the hamburger, tomato, lettuce, avocado, pineapple and fresh cheese.
