Raffle
In each of the stores belonging to Congelados Apolo, S.L. will be held next December 22, 2017 the Christmas raffle, in which 2 lots of seafood will be drawn, both composed of the following Apolo products:
- A box of Cigalas Cocidas Gran Sol 20/30 Apolo (code 00585).
- A box of Apolo Cooked Prawns 60/80 vannamei (code 01550)
- A box of cooked Brisket/Mouth 5/7 Apollo (code 00018)
- One box raw Lobster M Apollo (code 01050)
All customers who make a minimum purchase of 20€ in any of our stores will be able to participate in the raffle.
Celebration of the raffle
The raffle will be held on December 22nd at 12 noon in the following stores:
- Apolo Store located in P.I. Manzanil I, C/ La Paz, 5 Loja (Granada).
- Tutti Frío Shop located in Pza. San Francisco, 9 Antequera (Málaga)
- Tutti Frío Store located in Avda. Vivar Téllez, 18 Vélez-Málaga (Málaga)
- Tutti Frío Store located in C/ Blas Infante, 4 Granada (Spain)
- Angulas Mayoz Store located at C/Sagasta 5 Málaga
- Congelados El Valle store located at C/ Granada, 1 Órgiva
In each store 2 lots will be raffled by the method of the innocent hand. One of the assistants the day of the celebration of the draw will take out of an opaque box where the ballots of the draw have been previously deposited a ballot with the winner.
It will be possible to participate in the draw from November 25 until December 22, 2017 at 11.30 am, after this deadline no more participations will be accepted.
The participant does not need to be present on the day of the celebration of the draw, but the winning ballot must have real contact details to locate the winner. In the event that the winning ballot does not have contact details, it will be eliminated and a new ballot will be taken.
Notification to the winners
The winner of the sweepstakes will be notified through the telephone number provided and/or email and through our social networks (Facebook and Google Plus). The winner has a period of 15 calendar days to collect the prize in the store where he/she has been the winner, after this time, unless there is a justifiable cause, it will be understood that the winner rejects the prize.
Acceptance of the rules of the sweepstakes
Participation in the sweepstakes implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general rules. Recognition as a valid participant is subject to the fulfillment of the requirements set forth in the “Participation Requirements” section of these terms and conditions.
Protection of personal data
The personal data provided will be included in the database of Congelados Apolo, S.L. for commercial and communication purposes. These data may be reviewed for modification or elimination when the owner of such data requests it through our telephone number 958 322 195 or our e-mail address info@mariscosapolo.com.
