CONGELADOS APOLO S.L. is a company dedicated to the manufacture, elaboration and/or transformation of fish products, in addition to the cooking of fish products, as well as their importation, being its scope of distribution national and international.

Our goal is to provide frozen fish products that meet the requirements of customers as well as regulatory requirements and ensure that they are suitable from the point of view of food safety and food security.

The Management of CONGELADOS APOLO S.L. approaches the Quality and Food Safety System as a way to organize the operation of the company based on some basic pillars such as the quality of its products, food safety and authenticity, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the System. The basic philosophy lies in maintaining a food safety culture by instilling shared values, beliefs and standards that affect the mentality and behavior towards food safety throughout the organization.

To this end, the CONGELADOS APOLO S.L. Food Safety and Quality Management System is based on a series of principles:

• The achievement, maintenance and improvement of the level of quality and food safety desired by the company can only be achieved with the commitment and participation of all staff, and the use of their potential and skills.
• This involvement must be achieved through the understanding of the effect on product quality and food safety of individual contributions, information, communication and through the action of leaders in all areas and levels of the organization.
• Quality is obtained by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System to prevent possible errors.
• Both the Management and the staff of CONGELADOS APOLO S.L. are committed to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply.
• Commitment to the satisfaction of all our customers through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products themselves.
• Only by continuously improving processes, methods, services, etc., can we guarantee greater internal efficiency, a better response to customer expectations and, therefore, improved customer satisfaction.
• CONGELADOSAPOLOS.L.staff, regardless of their functions and responsibilities, must analyze the data available to them regarding the activities they perform in search of opportunities for improvement.
• For this reason, the continuous improvement must be a permanent objective of all, and referred to all the activities developed in CONGELADOSAPOLOS.L..
• Our commitment to quality leads us to pay maximum attention to the technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
• It requires the participation and collaboration of all, so this policy is disseminated to all staff of the company for their knowledge and understanding.

For the effective application of these principles, the support of both the management team and the staff is absolutely necessary.
