On Thursday October 25 we had a very special visit in Congelados Apolo. The COPE Granada team came to our facilities to record the program Herrera en COPE + Granada.
Visit of the facilities
We started the visit with a tour of our facilities so that our visitors could know first hand our company and each of the work areas of Congelados Apolo.
First we visited the new facilities located in the Industrial Park Manzanil II. We visited offices, loading docks and our chamber where we were all a little frozen :S
Then we moved to the facilities where the manufacturing room is located, in the Polígono Manzanil I in Loja. And so, cap, gown and booties on, we went into the manufacturing room of Mariscos Apolo. It was a very funny visit and the members of the COPE team, Fran Viñuela, Manuel Marín and Laureano Santana could see the family atmosphere of our company and the closeness of our dear Ana Ávila with each of the members of the great Apolo family.

It was a close and funny interview. So we recommend you to listen to it, as you can also learn more about the history of our company, told firsthand by its founder, and also the evolution and future projects.
The mayor of Loja, Mr. Joaquín Camacho, also accompanied us and told us the great news of his intention to put the name of our founder Apolonio Alcaide to the street of Polígono Manzanil II where our new facilities are located. Undoubtedly, a great joy for the whole Apolo family.
After the interview we did a tasting of our star products: boiled octopus, boiled prawns and boiled Mediterranean shrimp.
