Last Saturday, June 22, we celebrated Apolo Summer. A day of coexistence where we met all the workers of Congelados Apolo and their families to share a day of fun.
The place chosen was the Riofrío Gardens, a beautiful complex full of nature.
At 12 o’clock the first people began to arrive at the gardens, where a whole garden full of games and toys awaited them for the little ones, who were eager to play and have fun right from the start. A playground, inflatable mats, soccer field and a gymkhana with many tests were prepared for them.
The Asociación de Amigos de la Guarde was in charge of preparing all the games.
During the morning, the children’s gymkhana took place. More than 70 children organized in groups with a monitor in each group and with 8 tests to overcome to be the winners.
After the games it was time for lunch, an exquisite menu prepared by the Riofrío team in which, of course, could not miss our delicious boiled prawns.
In the afternoon it was the turn of the older ones to compete. A hard-fought gymkhana where each team gave their best, and where there was no lack of laughter.

After the adult gymkhana it was time to regain strength with the Cake Contest. More than 20 cakes to taste and vote for everyone’s favorite.
After the cake contest, all the prizes were awarded, Mickey and Minnie visited us, we played the potato roll and continued the party.
