Prepared for paella
Mixed paella Horeca: At last. The Horeca mixed paella preparation is designed to please the general public and facilitate the work of caterers.
What does it contain? It contains clams (20%) and double-shell mussels, wing of potón in cubes, mantle of potón in cubes, prawns, peas, peppers, pig’s head in cubes and chicken breast (10% each).
Special Paella for children: Children also have to enjoy the best flavors of the sea. The preparation of paella for children is designed to please the smallest of the house.
The special paella for children is prepared with mussel meat and small cubes of poton (20% of each one) and ring of poton, peeled shrimp, pig’s head in cubes and chicken breast also in cubes (with 15% of each one). None of the ingredients have shells, bones or scraps that could compromise the health of the child.
