The raffle is organized by Congelados Apolo, S.L. with registered office in Polígono Industrial Manzanil I, Calle La Paz, 5 in Loja, Granada, and with CIF B-18240838. With contact details 958 322 195 and e-mail apolo@mariscosapolo.com.

In each of the stores belonging to the distribution network of Congelados Apolo, S.L. will be held next December 22, 2022 at 12h the Christmas raffle, which will draw 1 lot of seafood Apolo in each store and composed of the following products Apolo:

• A box of Apolo Cooked Crayfish Gran Sol 20/30 Apolo
• A box of Cooked Prawns vannamei
• One box of Apolo Cooked Brisket/Mouth 5/7 Apolo
• A box of raw Lobster case G

The stores that will be part of the raffle will be the following:

• Apolo Store located in P.I. Manzanil I, C/ La Paz, 5, Loja (Granada).
• Tutti Frío Store located in Pza. San Francisco, 9 Antequera (Málaga).
• Tutti Frío Store located in Avda. Vivar Téllez, 18 Vélez-Málaga (Málaga).
• Tutti Frío Store located in C/ Blas Infante, 4 Granada.
• Angulas Mayoz Store located in C/ Sagasta 5 Málaga.
• Store Congelados El Valle located in C/ Granada, 1 Órgiva, (Granada).

Celebration of the draw

The draw will be held on December 22, 2022 at 12 noon online.

Each store will draw 1 lot. To obtain the winner, once the registration period has closed on December 22, 2022 at 11:30 am, a number will be assigned to each participant in the internal database separating each numbering for each of the stores. The winning number will be chosen at random by means of a web application.

The data provided by the participant in the form must be real in order to locate the winner. In the event that the winner’s ballot does not have contact information, it will be deleted and a new ballot will be taken.

The winner must pick up the lot of seafood at the store of his/her choice.

Registration in the draw

To participate, please access the Mariscos Apolo Christmas Sweepstakes page and fill in the form providing the company with your contact details.

It will be possible to participate in the raffle until December 22nd, 2022 at 11.30 am. After this deadline no more participations will be accepted.

Acceptance of the raffle rules

Participation in the sweepstakes implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Recognition as a valid participant is subject to the fulfillment of the requirements set out in the “Participation requirements” sections of these terms and conditions.

Protection of personal data

The personal data provided will be included in the database of Congelados Apolo, S.L. for commercial and communication purposes.
