III Sports and Health Gala of Loja
On May 28th, the “III Gala de Deporte Lojeño” was held at the Teatro Imperial de Loja, with the novelty that this edition also includes the theme of health, which has been so important during the pandemic.
The Department of Sports and Health of the City Council of Loja, wanted to signify the facts that have had more significance during this year back giving awards to individuals, public and private institutions, activities, achievements and works that have had more importance in the sports system of Loja or in the promotion of public health.
Company and Health Commitment” Award for “Ludoteca Apolitos”.
Among the different prizes that were awarded at this Gala, there was the “Company and Health Commitment” award that has been destined to Mariscos Apolo for its project ‘Ludoteca Apolitos’ .
In this toy library there is a play area, a reading area, a painting area with different tables and a large blackboard for children to play together and display all their imagination.
In the afternoons,Mariscos Apolo carried out a playroom for employees and for the enjoyment of their children. With the activities undertaken in this area, the children were able to learn in a fun way.
To this Gala attended by Mariscos Apolo Carmen Alcaide, his son, Cesar and Anita Avila, who was in charge of collecting the award and dedicated some words of thanks.
For Mariscos Apolo and all the people who work every day in this great company has been a great honor to receive this great award for this activity that has been performed with great effort and affection during this last year.
