The Ideales 2021 awards gala recently took place at the Parque de las Ciencias in Granada, where there was no shortage of emotion, reunions and tributes.

The winners from Granada are a clear example of work, effort, perseverance and enthusiasm.
Among them, our beloved founder Ana Ávila from Lojeña for her personal trajectory; the NGO Calor y Café, founded by Ana Sánchez; the cyclist David Valero, winner of an Olympic medal; the International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada, which celebrated its 70th edition this year; and the Business Park of Escúzar.
Recognition of personal trajectory
Anita Ávila received the award for her personal trajectory for her many merits achieved throughout her life:
- Founder of Mariscos Apolo together with her husband Apolonio Alcaide Pérez in 1963, pioneers in the province of Granada.
- President of the Association of Blood Donors in Loja.
- President of the Spanish Association against Cancer.
- Founder of the Anita Avila Museum with more than 800 meters and 9 rooms full of her work. Discover it here!
