One of our main attractions is shrimp, which we sell to large supermarket chains as well as to small stores and restaurants in different formats.

Shrimp, as you know, is distinguished by its large size and intense red color. The pieces can reach up to 30 centimeters, although the usual average is around 10-20 centimeters. This crustacean, also known as carabinera shrimp, usually inhabits the waters of the Mediterranean and the Eastern Atlantic, between 500 and 2,000 meters deep.

Its exquisite meat is ideal for grilled, steamed or confit cooking, but also as an ingredient for rice dishes and purees. It is also a very popular product for soups due to its intense flavor. The head retains much of its essence, so it is often used to prepare seafood broths and sauces.

The shrimp is marketed throughout the year, either fresh, cooked, frozen or cooked frozen. However, it is one of the most demanded seafoods in frozen form, which can be frozen either at sea (in these cases it is known as shrimp on board) or on land.
