After operation bikini, it’s time to keep in shape to avoid putting on those kilos that are so hard to lose. Especially in summer, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet, low in fat and calories to avoid looking like a Botero painting in a bathing suit. If we are at that point, we should not get discouraged: in that case, it is best to go to a specialist -either endocrinologist or nutritionist- to take action on the matter and, above all, avoid misleading diets and miracle products: you can not lose 10 kilos in two weeks. That is why this month we have frozen fish on offer for a healthy diet, as well as different varieties of vegetables. Frozen fish on sale
This July we have cod belly fillets at 3.50 euros per kilo; skinless hake at 2.97 euros per kilo; delicious skinless tilapia at 4.49 euros per kilo; and hake slices on offer, I.Q.F. and Argentinean, at 1.98 euros per kilo and 3.96 euros per kilo respectively. And on those summer nights you can’t miss a typical dish of the coastal places like the puntillitas -known as chopitos in some areas- we have them at 3.50 euros per kilo!
If you want to combine these varieties of fish -which you can cook grilled to take care of your figure- with a healthy garnish, nothing better than a scrambled eggs of fine peas -at 0.72 euros the bag of 450 grams- or Chover baby beans -at 1.82 euros the bag of 400 grams.
Summer-flavored offers
We have not forgotten the dishes typical of the summer season, such as paella or seafood cocktail -we have reduced our select paella preparation to 1.86 euros per bag and octopus cocktail to 4.94 euros per kilo bag. And to minimize time in the kitchen, without sacrificing variety with the best flavors of land and sea, we have a wide range of offerings: potato omelette (at 1.91 euros per unit); Maeso mini empanadillas ( 0.92 euros per 330 gram bag); Marfrío hake sticks (3.29 euros per kilo bag); or sirloin steaks (at 5.26 euros per kilo). For starters, a good semi-cured cheese, such as Rocinante S. Salvador at 6.70 euros per kilo.
With this menu, summer dinners are served and also the meetings with friends and family, which will lack variety and quality.
Ah, we haven’t overlooked crustaceans either, a delicacy of the sea very typical of the summer. That’s why we have lowered the prices so that you don’t miss the best seafood on offer on your tables: nothing less than peeled shrimps, at 2.24 euros per 400 gram bag, and prawns, at 5.95 euros per 800 gram box. Who can resist their exquisite flavor?
