INGREDIENTS:

2 loins of jumbo cod

1 egg

Cheese for grating (preferably mozzarella)

100 ml. cream

Breadcrumbs

olive oil

Salt and pepper

HANDS ON:

Beat an egg. Crumble the mozzarella into pieces and add them to the egg. Add a dash of olive oil, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs and the cream.

Season the jumbo cod loins with salt and pepper and cover them with the egg, cheese and cream mixture that we are going to gratinate.

With the oven hot, put the cod in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ºC. If you want to get a golden brown gratin, give it a few minutes more heat on top.
