2 jumbo cod fillets

1 egg

Cheese for grating (preferably mozzarella)

100 ml. cream

Bread crumbs

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

MANOS A LA OBRA:

Beat an egg. Crumble the mozzarella into pieces and add them to the egg. Also add a splash of olive oil, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs and the cream.

Season the jumbo cod fillets and cover them with the egg, cheese and cream mixture that we are going to gratinate.

With the oven hot, put the cod in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ºC. If you want to get the browning of the gratin, give it a few minutes more heat from above.
