Christmas is just days away and with it all the preparations for the big nights: decoration, recipes, organization….

Today we bring you a very easy recipe, which we are sure you have prepared at home on many occasions, but with some indications that we believe may surprise you and above all, enjoy even more the exquisite flavor of our Apolo frozen raw Argentine shrimp.

The first step is very simple: buy our shrimp at our customers’ establishments!

INGREDIENTS:

Gambón crudo argentino frozen Apolo

1 lemon or lime

Extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic

Chopped parsley

Salt flakes

HANDS ON:

  1. Wash the prawns.
  2. Heat a griddle or frying pan, without using any oil. When it is hot, add the prawns.
  3. When they start to change colour, add the lemon or lime juice and turn them over.
  4. Optionally, a chopped clove of garlic can be added on top.
  5. Then add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and season to taste.
  6. When they are roasted, we can add chopped parsley for colour.
  7. Remove from the griddle and serve immediately before they cool.
