Cooked octopus leg

Potatoes

La Vera paprika

Nutmeg

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil

HANDS ON:

Defrost in the refrigerator.

Heat the cooked octopus leg in a bain-marie.

Then cut the octopus into relatively thick slices.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Mash them with nutmeg and salt.

Mix oil and paprika de la vera and place the mixture in a glass where you will add the mashed potato.

Finally, place the octopus on top of the mashed potato and add paprika and olive oil.
